When you add them all up, the advantages they have, besides simply being rich, are massive.
We live in a world where rich people spend less on toilet paper than poor people.
Where the US borrowed almost $1 trillion to give tax breaks to the 1 percent.
Where rich Chinese people simply paid cash to have extra children.
Unless inequality is attended to, the poor will reach a breaking point.
We can reverse the trend by at least making it a level playing field, because today being rich enables you to effectively cheat in dozens of ways, and get richer still.
